Q: How do I get started?

Q: What ages do you teach?

Ages 5-Adult

Q: How long are lessons?

Private lessons start at 30 minutes per week. We also offer 45 and 60 minutes per week for those interested. Group lessons are 60 minutes per week, and Plugged-In band practice is 60 minutes per week.

Q: Can I sit in on my child’s lesson?

Absolutely. Parents are always welcome to sit in and observe lessons in action.

Q: Can all my children be in lessons at the same time?

Yes. In fact, we call this “Family-Friendly Scheduling” and will always work out a schedule that best fits your family’s needs.

Q: How much are lessons?

Private lessons start at $145/month.

Q: When is tuition due?

You will receive an emailed invoice on the 1st of every month. Tuition payment is due on the first lesson of every month. A late fee is added if tuition is not paid by the end of business day on the 15th of every month.

Q: What payment options do I have?

We accept cash, check and card. Cash and check may be submitted in-person at CB Music, and card may be used through the payment link in the emailed invoice and in your Student Portal.
 
Q: Do you offer discounts?

Yes. For private lessons we offer multiple instruments and family discounts. The first student/instrument is $145, and any additional student/instrument thereafter is $135 each.

Q: Are you a vendor with my charter school?

Yes, we are vendors with all local charter schools. If you contact us and find we are not, it’s most likely the charter school is new to the area. We would be happy to become a vendor.

Charter school vouchers/POs are due prior to the first of the month.

Q: Are you closed for holidays?

Our Holiday Schedule

We are closed on certain holidays. Since we do not charge extra for months that have 5 lesson days, we are able to use the extra lesson days to balance out our holiday schedule.

CB Music is closed on the following:

  • Spring Break Week: Contact studio for exact dates.
  • Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday-Monday
  • Independence Day, July 4
  • Labor Day Weekend, Saturday-Monday
  • Thanksgiving Week Break, Monday – Saturday 
  • Christmas Break, between Christmas and New Year’s. Contact studio for exact dates.
Q: What is your lesson cancellation policy?

You are welcome to stop lessons at any time, however we require a 30-day notice of cancellation to stop lessons.
